Joe Biden frequently engages in behavior that is incredibly inappropriate towards women, many of which are underage. Below is a large amount of evidence of this behavior taking place. This compilation, although substantial, should not be considered comprehensive.

In a speech at Irvine Valley College, in Irvine, California, on Friday October 14th, 2022, Joe Biden was seen grabbing a girl by the shoulder as he gave her some dating advice. He posed for a photo with the girl, and then told her to “not have serious boyfriends until 30.” Appearing disturbed from both his comment as well as his actions, the girl laughed it off.

The exact quote from him during this encounter was:

‘Now, a very important thing I told my daughters and granddaughters - no serious guys until you’re 30!’

While standing to take a photo with the girl, Biden appeared to sniff the girl’s hair directly prior to providing the dating advice. The video recording of this behavior can be seen below.

This photo has been the subject of fact checking regarding it’s authenticity, but other fact-checking websites refer to a doctored version of the photo where it looks like Biden is groping Amy Parnes’ breasts. There is another doctored version of the photo that appears washed out and has Jen Psaki’s face photoshopped in. The above photo is the original photo and appears to be authentic.

After Biden administered the Senate oath to Sen. While doing so, grabs her arm and puts his face right next to her head, as she pulls away and appears to be uncomfortable, while avoiding eye contact.

In addition to these occurrences, Joe Biden has also made inappropriate comments in speeches regarding women, and especially of note, young or underage women.

When on a campaign stop in Miami, Florida, Joe Biden said:

“And I want to see these beautiful young ladies- I want to see them dancing when they’re four years older too,”

During an appearance at a Houston, Texas town-hall, hosted by the American Federation of Teachers on Tuesday May 28th, 2019, Joe Biden, while speaking to a school-aged child, said:

“I’ll bet you’re as bright as you are good-looking.”

While at Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Joe Biden comments on an elementary school-aged girl, in an off-script moment. He said:

“I love those barrettes in your hair, man. I tell you what, look at her, she looks like she’s 19 years old, sitting there like a little lady with her legs crossed.”

In 2019, Joe Biden released a statement saying he “does not believe” he ever acted inappropriately. He also added that it has never been his intention to make anyone uncomfortable.

“Social norms have begun to change — they’ve shifted. And the boundaries of producing personal space have been reset, and I get it. I get it. I hear what they’re saying. I understand it. And I’ll be much more mindful,” he said. “That’s my responsibility. My responsibility, and I’ll meet it. I’ll always believe — governing quite frankly for that matter — is about connecting with people. That won’t change, but I will be more mindful and respectful of people’s personal space. And that’s a good thing. That’s a good thing.”
