In a 1994 home video special called “Howard Stern’s New Year’s Rotten Eve 1994”, Howard Stern used the term ‘smelly nigga’ repeatedly in a comedy skit.
Based on reporting we found, (that we did not independently confirm), this skit made fun of a blackface controversy that Whoopi Goldberg and then-boyfriend Ted Danson were a part of in the previous year.
